Is suicide unforgivable for a Christian?
I found a new website, www.reasons.org , that’s motto is “Bridging the gap between science and faith”.
One of the archived articles by Kenneth Richard Samples addresses whether a Christian who commits suicide is forgiven for the act. The article is short and to the point and timely for me. One of my closest cohorts in the real estate business took his life a little over a year ago. He had some health issues that may have contributed to some irrational behavior. He left behind a beautiful family and many friends. I think about him all of the time.

I know of nowhere in the Bible that says suicide is an unforgivable sin.
All we can do is to place those people we have lost in the hands of our Heavenly Father, knowing that he loves them even more than we do.

Thanks for your comment, Mrs. Wright. That’s comforting to remember that the Lord loves us more than we can understand.

No, Suicide is not unforgivable sin, The Bible says there is only one unforgivable sin is simply rejecting Jesus Christ. Because Jesus want to save people.
